Bulgarian Heart - Heritage Tomato

Bulgarian Heart, aka Bull's Heart, originated centuries ago in Russia. A treasured oxheart variety that can grow to a massive 1kg! Ripening to a dark pink or bright red, this tomato has dense, meaty flesh which is rich, sweet and savoury. Fewer seeds means this can be considered a lower acid variety of tomato.

Perfect in every dish - sauces, slicing, salads and soups.

Plants are vining up to 1.8m so will require a sturdy support to hold up the fruit.
