Coriander - Culinary Herb

Coriander is thought to have originated in Egypt around 1550.  A widely used culinary herb in most countries, most commonly for its leaves and seeds although all parts of the herb can be used including roots and flowers. Those that enjoy the flavour of coriander describe it as fresh and citrusy.  

Coriander tends to bolt if transplanted so direct sowing into position is best.
