Diamond Pepper - Capsicum annuum

An American bred bell pepper, the Diamond Pepper remains translucent ivory for quite a while before gradually maturing to pale yellow and, finally, scarlet-red. Fruit can be harvested at any colour stage. It has a mild, sweet flavor, and its fruit is rectangular to trapezoidal in shape. The plant is low-growing and requires rich soil and heat.
