Orange Fleshed Purple Smudge - Heirloom Tomato

Originating is the USA around the 1960's, this tomato has colourings true to its fabulous name. Medium-sized, with tangerine-orange skin and purple splashes on the shoulder. The fruit is flattened and ribbed at the top, and weighs between 120 and 250 grams. The flesh is meaty with minimal seeds, and a mild, sweet flavor with low acid levels.
