Orange Spice Jalapeño - Heirloom Pepper

Originating in New Mexico, this bright orange jalapeño pepper is both strikingly attractive and delicious.  Sweet and juicy, these tangerine-coloured fruits make salsas and sauces visually appealing, with a fruity citrus flavour.  Orange Spice Jalapeño rates anywhere from 50,000 to 80,000 on Scoville Heat units making it one of the hottest jalapeños.

These jalapeños start green and once they have reached full size will take another 3-4 weeks to change to orange - almost overnight.
