Pantano Romanesco - Heirloom Tomato

Historically grown in Rome but probably originating in Romania, this indeterminate plant produces large beefsteak tomatoes, slightly flattened, fluted and ripening to a deep red. Vigorous growth producing large plants so will require staking.

Rich and sweet in flavour with a meaty texture making them perfect for sauces and cooking, slicing, or eating fresh in a caprese salad with mozzarella!
