Rydal A Yellow Wax - Heirloom Bean

A variety of dwarf yellow wax French bean producing yellow pods on bushes although support can be required to assist with the prolific crop produced. Originating in the Americas in the first half of the 1800's, yellow wax beans have tender, stringless pods around 10cms long. Beautiful steamed or added to any other dish you like!

Left to dry the pods produce small dark purple-brown seeds which can be used for cooking or sowing for more crops.
