White Beauty - Heirloom Tomato

A rare tomato originating in France in the mid-1800's.  A beefsteak variety ranging from 170gms to 230gms, these tomatoes have a creamy white, almost pale yellow skin and flesh.  The taste is mild but sweet, perfect for snacking on in the garden. Meaty with few seeds these make an interesting colour contrast in salads and sandwiches, or even a tomato sauce that isn't red!
