Wild Rocket - Rucola Selvatica

A stronger and more intense spicy, peppery flavour than cultivated rocket. Wild rocket is a very robust plant with deeply lobed leaves. Harvest at any stage but best when small. If you leave some plants in the ground the seed will be scattered and will be rewarded with plants all year round. Use in salads, pasta, sandwiches.
